It is a shame to pay as much as we paid and not be able to enjoy the balcony and then get stiffed on any compensation.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Except for breakfast all the other buffet and fine dining was not very good. A lot of complaining around the ship.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
I'm in a wheelchair and I could not get to one pool on the ship. This is the first time this has ever happened. The ship was sold out and there was hogging of the deck chairs by a few. Again a lot of complaining. I saw three fights over deck chairs.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The entertainment was great. The only thing that really took away from it was being in a wheelchair the only seating was in the very back. There was so much noise from people not getting seats and noise from the hall outside the theater it was tough to enjoy and hear. I even ask a few people to leave or to quieten down I was darn near in a fight. The people around me clapped in approval. The ushers leave as soon as the shows start.

Children's Programs

No children onboard.

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Except for the elevators being real slow and small and almost one broken down all the time it was ok.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Everything was great the best handicap cabin I have ever had. The balcony was wheelchair accessible but due to ship maintance we were only able to use it 1/2 the time. A whole lot of complaining on the ship.

Ship tip

Great handicap cabins.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

No excursion on the entire trip because there were no handicap accessible vehicles in any port.

Cartagena, Colombia

3 out of 5
Loved the bird and animal sanctuary. Everything else was to far to push my wheelchair.

Colon, Panama

3 out of 5
We was able to see a little of this port.

Puerto Limon, Costa Rica

5 out of 5
I was able to push into town and get to see some of the life styles and culture.

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas

1 out of 5
I beautiful place but being in a wheelchair almost nothing to do.
