Review summary

Nothing more to say. Worst cruise yet. Clientele were rude. Staff were not friendly. Elegant dining was not great. Same food everyday. Ship was beautiful though.

Only a few areas had friendly staff. Most had no personality. Italian Restaurant staff was great. Same with covered pool area attendant. Waiter at the Black Crab was fantastic.

People either love or hate MSC. I have been on the Divina three times for a total of 26 days since October and loved it. I can assure you, they did not have the same food every night in the dining room. I see this complaint often on many cruise lines, and it is just not true.
