Very tricky reservation, you should have the option to buy a drink pack even after reservation, we went in a group of 42 persons, and was told that at check in we will have the option to buy a drink package, which was a lie, for this reason, we decided not to take any more MSC cruises, we reserve and pay in full so many months before, and last minute sale for new year people get the best deals including wifi and drink package, so we learn that to MSC last minutes customers are more important than the ones that plan their trip and in full for it.

Quick and fun. Weather and ship were great, food was awesome.

This was my first boat cruise and I really enjoyed myself. Everyone was so nice, the beaches on the private island were my favorite. The food was decent. ONLY complaints I had is that the bars were ALWAYS crowded…bartenders will ignore you when waiting for drink and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable …but that’s my only complaints.

Worse cruise ever....overwhelmed with kids, poor food and poor billing processes....MSC management and owners should be held accountable

Good short trip to spend time away from daily chores.

I wouldnt go back on the MSC because of m experience but i am open to trying out different companies.

1- Great service, very nice and helpful staff. 2- Wide, cosy and clean cabin. 3- I loved the theater shows. 4- As overall it was a very good experience.

For us personally, we will not book with this cruise company again. We have had much better experiences on other cruise lines.

WIFI worked sporadically. I was not able to confirm my flight home as WIFI on ship continually shut down. MSC said I would get a refund. I'm still waiting. A lot of children. To be expected on a short, cheap cruise. Fairly noisy at night. You can do better. We will cruise on RC, Celebrity or Viking in the future.

It was my first experience on a ship and I loved it. The interior was splendid, I was blown away by such beauty. The staff, the waiters and room steward were all amazing, really friendly and always ready to adjust to every of your need. Don't miss the show available every nights, it worth your time and keep you entertained. Overall 5 stars first experiences.

Would not be using MSC again. Staff were all excellent. There are lots of opportunities for improvement in entertainment and food.

A few years back we cruised through Hurricane Michael and had more fun than this cruise.

The sports bar many people trip walking in they do not see the raised area. The Theater has steps but no handrail in the center. The chairs on deck 14 and the Theater are airplane seat width. I had a great time. The Drinks, gratuity, and W--Fi are a lot less versus competing cruise lines. I am a solo traveler and there was no single supplement!

Very friendly crew and great service. Ship was the nicest we’ve been on, a pleasant surprise.

This was a fantastic first cruise for me! I highly recommend MSC, as the service is outstanding and the food is even better! There are a lot of things to do on the ship and it is easy to access the ports visited.

This was my first cruise as an adult and I can't see how it could get any better. Staff was wonderful. The whole experience was just amazing. MSC IS THE WAY TO GO!
