I believe your cruise contract specifically says ports can be dropped, changed, or extended. Safety first. That's the primary rule. So, no refund is due you. If they do, it's because it's above and beyond what's required.

Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. But you should have anticipated the crowds during this time of year. The other time to avoid is Spring Break!
