Review summary

WIFI worked sporadically. I was not able to confirm my flight home as WIFI on ship continually shut down. MSC said I would get a refund. I'm still waiting. A lot of children. To be expected on a short, cheap cruise. Fairly noisy at night. You can do better. We will cruise on RC, Celebrity or Viking in the future.

Difficult to get to dining room in the stern. You had to come down via elevator. No direct access from deck 6.

Small suite. Bathroom was very tiny with strange shower doors that folded in and out. Difficult to get into and to dry yourself after a shower.

The cruise line cancelled out post cruise tour of the Everglades and transportation to the airport. We ended up spending hours in the Miami airport.

Disembarkation

Told me we couldn't leave ship until we settled account. Turns out they owed me more than $100. Gave it to me in cash instead of crediting credit card. Very strange.

Thanks for the review. People either love or hate MSC. I was on Divina for 19 days in October and loved it. Most like the shower door design since it gives you more room when not using the shower. WiFi is rarely good on any ship, unless it’s the new Starlink. There are minimum numbers required for many excursions, so they get canceled if not enough sign up.
