Would not be using MSC again. Staff were all excellent. There are lots of opportunities for improvement in entertainment and food.

Cabin / Stateroom

Larry was great on keeping the cabin clean and taking care of our needs. Wanted to take him home. Waiters Kenneth and Rex and greeter Charlie were excellent and should be given an extra tip. These are the staff members who you always want to keep happy and should be compensated accordingly.

Get off and go on another cruise line like Carnival or Disney

Thanks for the review. People either love or hate MSC. I was on the Divina for 19 days in October and loved it. I found the food and entertainment to be equivalent to or better than Carnival or Royal Caribbean.
