Review summary

Very tricky reservation, you should have the option to buy a drink pack even after reservation, we went in a group of 42 persons, and was told that at check in we will have the option to buy a drink package, which was a lie, for this reason, we decided not to take any more MSC cruises, we reserve and pay in full so many months before, and last minute sale for new year people get the best deals including wifi and drink package, so we learn that to MSC last minutes customers are more important than the ones that plan their trip and in full for it.

Fellow CPAP users. Use the special medical request for an electrical connection next to the bed, and a supply of distilled water when finishing your registration online.

You could have gotten the same better deal as the last minute people if you had called the cruiseline and requested it! I do it all the time, U book early then watch for a better deal and call. I can usually get back around $800 by being dilligent! Don't blame them for you not following through.
