main diner on frist cruises was nice, good pleasant excellent service, BUT the second cruise at the buffets was to crowded and to louds to many people no respect. no good experience at diner change to 5:30 instead 6:00 to add a souper at 9:30 so we were rush to live. not fault of serveurs they had to much to do.

our ship was over crowded so no pleasure no respect, because of that we could not go the the ocean cay msc marine reserve. on our first cruise we went on the iland and it was a wunderful day
Divina ship was not able to approche because he was overload with passenger. He was grounding the sand. The captain tried twice but same result. ON the first cruise we had no probleme getting to the ocean cay bautiful place and beache
yes we took the canal of panama We are French and we were with Germain people did not understand a word but we paid the same amount did not approchate the bus tour.
the worse experience. Wait in line since 8:00am to get to the customs and then get our bagages and wait wait in the sun to have a charters to take us to the airport wich we have paid.We dicide to get a taki sine there was no transport for us . It caust $35.00 US.
We waited 3 years to go back cruising. 2 days before we leave, a started to have a sore throt (covid tested at home) yes visrus since the 7 I dont feel good. Overall it was not my trip. bad experience. I was so happy to celebrite my 75 birthday and salling away.
