The Dining room, in particular, was fantastic. Made more so by our waiter, Ikadek, and his assistant, Alit. Tremendous service, and willing to accommodate personal requests. The Windjammer buffet was also excellent food. One thing I wish RC would have kept is the smoked salmon and veggies the way it used to be where you could take as many slices of it as you want, along with the tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. Now, one has to take individual dishes with one piece of salmon on it. Pain the the butt. And, no tomatoes or extra cucumbers.
