Review summary

Great cruise!! Can't wait to go again. Very nice. Staff was good. Wish there were more ports for 8 days. Gets alittle dull sitting at the same port for a few days. Otherwise very relaxing.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Very fast and easy.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food we had was very good. Had MDR every night and Windjammer for lunch. Did both for breakfast. Needed more food choices in the buffet though. Seemed like less options than usual.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
So much to do!! We mainly did the Arcade, Casino, Library to play cards, Basketball court, Kids Climber area, Pool/Hot Tubs. Movies every night by the pool. Golf every day was a blast. The elevators are a disaster to get on, but it's like that on most cruises we've been on. We take the stairs a lot.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Comedians and magicians were our favorite. Ice show was also good. Other shows were kind of bland in our opinion. They didn't have The Quest in this cruise, which is one of our favorites. They did have Love & Marriage, but it was very mild composted to previous ones.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff was excellent and friendly. Manoj in MDR was superb and the best waiter we have had in a long time.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Clean. The ship is a bit dated and looks old some places, but that's because she is. Not a big deal to us. She's going in dry dock for renovations in February.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was clean. Little dated, but expected. Still very nice. We had a balcony on the back of the ship. Never had one back there before. It was over a empty space and a staff break area and they would go sit at tables and a lot of them smoked. Prefer the balconies on side of ship.

Ship tip

Be prepared to take the stairs or wait forever for an elevator. Go visit to the front of the ship where the helipad is, deck 4 I believe. So fun!! Not all ships have this or let you go up there. Great view!!

Ports of call

King's Wharf, Bermuda

5 out of 5
Beautiful island. Very rich looking (as it is). Took a glass bottom boat tour of the island. Very worth it. Went to the "mall", not impressed. We were suppose to spend a couple days here, but we're cut short about 8hrs due to hurricane. Would rather leave early than be in bad weather.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Left on our own. They had us line up on opposite side of ship, and then had us walk across through dining room. We thought that was odd, but it was ok. Once they started it was very quick and easy.
