Great cruise as long as you don’t expect to be waited on like on other cruise lines. Staff is only there to do what’s necessary, nothing extra. Except the room attendant. He went the extra mile.

Get your walking shoes on. It's a large ship. Serenity area has a hidden gem... has a wonderful large, salad bar but its only opened on sea days.

It takes a while to get your bearings, but it was very well designed. Enjoy all the new people that you will meet.

Try chibang

Take the times to learn the ship as early as possible it will save a lot of traffic jams from stopping in the flow of traffic.

Enjoy yourself, no matter what and be kind to others.

We traveled with my sister in law who has sailed many times. She navigated the reservation system for our time dining. One night we ate on our own at Cucina del capitan and had to wait almost an hour for a table. Be ready to wait for table and your food to be served. Typical evening meal would take 2 hours.

Entails a lot of walking to get from one place to the next. Elevators are crowded.

Beautiful ship! Lots of food options but good luck on watching a show at center stage
ccramblet
It is difficult to get a good seat for the shows happening on "Center Stage", you must get there very early or you will be in the room, but your best view will be a monitor.

Take magnetic hooks to create more options for hanging items in your room!

Bring walking shoes and be ready for fun.

Did not know until the last day that you can eat lunch for free at Chibang and italian rest. so we missed out

Have patience when using the elevators, and look around at who was there waiting before you, just because an elevator arrives doesn’t mean you should hop right on, be courteous

Don't go. I'd either sail on a smaller, standard size ship. Or just understand that you're paying less with Carnival for a reason. Don't set expectations too high.
