Review summary

Overall we had a great cruise. Large ship, lots of people. Carnival doesn’t promote hand washing the way other cruise lines do. For example, I didn’t even know there were hand washing sinks by the buffet until day 3. They are tucked away in the corner. Lots of people were sick toward the end of the cruise. I would definitely do this cruise again. Maybe take the stairs more often. The elevators are small and crowded.

Room attendant was great. Wait staff was slow, maybe understaffed. Took an hour to get food in the dining room. 20 minutes to get drinks in the casino.

Cabin was just what you would expect from an inside cabin. Clean and comfortable. Enough room for two people.

Ship tip

Great cruise as long as you don’t expect to be waited on like on other cruise lines. Staff is only there to do what’s necessary, nothing extra. Except the room attendant. He went the extra mile.

Not my favorite place. Not much to do outside of the port. Next time will go to the free beach at the port. It’s beautiful there. Wishing now that we had done that.

Thanks for your review. Even the ships that promote hand washing, the majority of people don't wash their hands regardless if it's a budget cruise or luxury cruise. That's why I get breakfast served in my cabin, I've seen people in the breakfast buffet that looked like they just crawled out of bed.
