Great Cruise Tons to do Only negative was food options after 10pm

A beautiful, big, new ship with intelligently designed buffet and public spaces. For a ship with such a large guest capacity, it never felt crowded. Staterooms have an updated, modern feel as do the various restaurants and bars. There are some new features that are unique to this ship - one being the Summer Landing area that feels a lot like a large neighborhood bar and includes Guy's Pig & Anchor BBQ as well as the onboard brewery. A great laid-back place to listen to music or watch a game on one of the big screen TVs.

We had a great time. This our first time on the Mardi Gras but wont be our last! Loved the sip and all that she has to offer. The staff did an excellent job throughout the cruise.

Great time with great friends. No issues but loved everything but coming home.

Was just ok alot of hype still didn't wow us we will try one more time hoping for better experience now that we know a little more about what to expect

Enjoyed new ship with amazing food. The Serenity area is much improved with more seating options and even a pool. The spa was a disappointment because they have eliminated the free sauna and only offer a Co-Ed steam room and nothing else for free. The casino slot game options were disappointing. There video poker did not offer the correct odds unless playing 10 coins. First time I have ever seen video poker that did not pay 4,000 coins on 5 coins. The video keno odds were also horrible.

I totally just wanted to be on this new ship and it did not disappoint!!! pools on the lido, pools in serenity, pools on deck 8. These ship has a dedicated Hero's lounge for our veterans... loved this special touch

Announcements over the PA were difficult to hear! The heavy accent (I would guess that the vast majority of your guest speak English) of the foreign speaker was an impediment to understanding the announcement (often very important information to know). Also, for us older guests (of which you have many) with some hearing loss adds to the problem of what is being said.

We are platinum members with me having my 25 th cruise and this was our best experience !!!

Really disappointed overall...food was mediocre.....layout disorganized....some staff unable to answer questions...not smoker friendly....room and mdr staff were awesome....would not sail on this ship again

To experience the ship this class should be 10 day

Over all it was a good cruise. The smoking selections are small as well as the rooms. The layout of the ship is different than any other ship so that takes some getting use to.

Overall cruise was great. Very exciting and ship was gorgeous. Wish the port at Nassau was better organized. Displeased at how the elderly was forced to walk because not enough golf carts.

This was a relaxation cruise. I wanted to just relax and do nothing and that is what I did. Beautiful cruise I met a lot of friendly people. I believe that we all were waiting for the cruise industry to open up again and we were just delighted to be on a cruise ship.

Mardi Gras is a beautiful ship but way too big. Was very hard to get around because of the size.

Overall, we did love the Mardi Gras and their staff. We would love to sail again and bring some family and/or friends along to enjoy the experience. I just hope Andy and Georgia are there as well!

We enjoyed this ship. The crew was great! The options for entertainment and food were fantastic.

Will not cruise this ship again. The ship was rocking the entire time we were underway. They seemed to have small cabins to increase Pax Count.
