Review summary

Announcements over the PA were difficult to hear! The heavy accent (I would guess that the vast majority of your guest speak English) of the foreign speaker was an impediment to understanding the announcement (often very important information to know). Also, for us older guests (of which you have many) with some hearing loss adds to the problem of what is being said.

Agreed on the announcements. Sometimes I wonder why they bother. It doesn't seem like anyone is even trying to understand sometimes. I hope there never is a real emergency announcement.
