The Embarkation Process at Port Canaveral’s Mardi Gras Terminal is very organized and well thought out boarding procedure⚓️⚓️⚓️

The entire Mardi Gras Team were AMAZING⚓️⚓️⚓️ We didn’t encounter anyone who was exceptionally professional and engaging⚓️⚓️ Carnival definitely placed the BEST of their BEST on their Flagship⚓️⚓️⚓️

Ship Quality

The cleaning was NONSTOP⚓️ We didn’t have a complaint or concern about how the ship cleanliness was being maintained ⚓️⚓️⚓️

Cabin / Stateroom

Carnival was on to something when they discontinued the shower curtains and installed glass doors⚓️ Not to mention, the amount of storage space in the balcony cabins is definitely a PLUS⚓️ But the room design & space is definitely not desirable IMHO⚓️⚓️⚓️

Ship tip

Enjoy the Mardi Gras BUT realize and understand that you probably WON’T get to do everything during a seven day sailing⚓️⚓️⚓️

Ports of call

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic

We didn’t have anything scheduled during our time in Amber Cove⚓️ We enjoyed the Port area and engaging with the Locals⚓️ Lunch was amazing and the island 🏝 VIBE was NICE⚓️ To make our visit even more memorable we did the fish 🐟 pedicure and it was AMAZING⚓️⚓️⚓️

San Juan, Puerto Rico

San Juan is always an enjoyable Port of Call⚓️ We didn’t have anything scheduled, we just enjoyed San Juan, on this visit, with shopping and lunch⚓️⚓️⚓️

Disembarkation

We opted to carry off our own luggage⚓️ But still the embarkation process was smooth and painless⚓️⚓️ Port Canaveral is equipped with the facial recognition so this makes it that much more efficient to get from Cruise Ship to Curbside⚓️⚓️⚓️
