Great new cruise ship. Highly recommend booking a cabin in the center of the ship

I had a blast. 17 in my party, I did ny own plans and enjoyed every single minute. I wish I had did some of the port activities but I only did the close to ship fun.

This is a very nice cruise on a brand new ship. Lots of dining and entertainments options. The staff were very nice although the service was somewhat slow in the dining room. We missed having tablecloths in the dining room. We really liked the cruise director. Shopping was good at all the ports.

Overall, the cruise was fine. Hiccups here and there but I can’t wait to sail again. I would do this same itinerary again and choose different excursions to try more out. I loved my room and would definitely choose that one again.

Beautiful ship, can be hard to navigate to different areas of it. Staff was tremendous but was overwhelmed by the amount of passengers they put on.

I have already recommended family and friends sail Mardi Gras. I would love to sail again.

Kids ran this ship. People were rude. Never been on a cruise where I was cursed at for being in line. Accused of having someone's towel. People were afraid and would not come out of cabins due to kids

Loved it! Different than all the other carnival ships we’ve been on. I would say it feels more “refined’, or “mature” than the others, even including all the kids and high school/college students aboard. Didn’t spend lots of time on lido or outdoor decks (some iffy weather), but the focus seemed to be more on inside activities.the new food venues are top notch, and extra entertainment areas gave a lot of options and spread out the crowds. The two negative comments I have are the breakfast hours seemed short(late start, some open two hours only), and the shopping choices were lacking. The shops were smaller than other ships, and there just wasn’t much merchandise (80%watches/jewelry/perfume) I’m very surprised that fora new ship’s inaugural season, plus the 50th birthday celebration, that there weren’t any logo products or clothing items to commemorate that.

Our cruise on the Mardi Gras was great. The crew are so friendly and helpful. They are what makes the cruise also. We met so many nice people and became instant friends.

Great to be back at sea. Ship has multiple food options, I was unable to try them all so looks like I've got to book another.

I was ready to get off after a week of crowds and clutter. We had a good time because we went with friends. This was our first Carnival cruise. Booked another next year on a smaller ship but only because our friends were going. Not a fan of Carnival cruise line.

Overall your vacation is what you make it. I had an amazing time and again as a regular cruise this experience was phenomenal. As the "Sailabration" that was advertised, it was NOT. And because of this, I will never pay the extra for a specialty cruise again. I will continue to take regular cruises

Enjoyed most all. Shows were crowded and hard to get seats. Performers were good. Food was not great. Service was excellent.

Amazing staff, great food, entertainment for all ages. If you can't find something that you like you just aren't looking. You can be busy all of the time or just relaxing in the sun, take your pick. No complaints here!

WE enjoyed the ship and the cruise so much we rebooked the day after we got home. Actually we will be back 2 more times in the next few months

I don’t think the beverage package was worth it for us. We had the bottomless bubbles pack, and never really used it to it fullest potential as it was not as convenient to get sodas from all of the bar areas on board. The staff sometimes seemed annoyed that we were only ordering soda and not alcohol and the soda dispensers onboard were a pain to use and only worked like 60% of the time.

I got off this ship Saturday and immediately re-booked it. That’s how incredible it is. So much to do, see and eat. The rooms are beautiful Baja well appointed. Plenty of closet space for this of us that bring 20 outfits on a 7 day cruise experience. My new favorite ship!
