Review summary

Kids ran this ship. People were rude. Never been on a cruise where I was cursed at for being in line. Accused of having someone's towel. People were afraid and would not come out of cabins due to kids

Very slow was to get a wheel chair never got it. Stood 2 hrs to get on board

Buffet was only open short times. Specialty dinning hard to get into all booked up. Pizza line was always crowded

Hot tubs always had kids in them. Serenity pool had 11/12 year olds having sex

Our room was dirty when we walked in. Hair ties and trash on floor. It took 2 days to clean. Never was sanitized. On last night was at guest services going over bill a passenger came up into my space and my face and guest service was going to get security on me when it was me being violated

Staff couldn't keep up and have the ship cleaned kids were trashing the ship. Letting ice cream pour to floor and pouring everywhere

Went down to get wheel chair worker told us had to get our coffee and leave. Found director and he got us to the area to get wheel chair. After that was easy and off the ship fast

When I read your review--I said to myself--what a "grouch". Well we just got off the ship and my husband was that "grouch" also--telling the kids not to press all the elevator buttons and one mother wouldn't let her kids on the elevator after my husband got on. (the kids told their mother that my husband yelled at them). Yes kids were out of control. No one was having sex in the hottubs unless it was a group--because they were SO crowded. I just feel that Mardigras isn't for everyone.

That's why I make it a point to cruise when the kids are in school. I certainly don't cruise during Spring Break.

Some people are just very picky and can’t overlook the small stuff. Just cruise and don’t sweat the small stuff, life is too short.

That’s a bold assumption to make about kids doing that in a hot tub. Sounds like you don’t know how to have a good time. Stay on land next time.
