The casino is very smokey. It's so bad that you can smell the cigarette smoke throughout midship levels 5,6,7.. Unsure why Princess would allow smoking considering all the covid protocols. Perhaps, profit over health? Bingo is a disaster. The casino takeout is more than 50%. The last Bingo session had a Snowball carryover. 80 tablets at $69, 90 paper tickets at a minimum of $29, 4 games, the payouts, Game 1 $100, Game 2 $125, Game 3 $250 Snowball $2700. Every person in the Princess theater were very angry and swore they'll never play again and I don't blame them

Get to know and avail yourself of the medallion app.

Get to know the medallion app first. Plan ahead on dining reservations, but specialty dining’s were hard to cancel. App didn’t work.

Dine in the specialty restaurants. It's cheaper than most other cruise lines and the food is great.

Try the Good Spirits bar after 5pm. They have some fancy drinks that come w/ recipe cards. The drinks & servers & bartenders are wonderful

Do your research! If you are looking for high adventure on the ship, you may want to look elsewhere. I was specifically looking for a cruise on which I could focus on relaxing and Princess offers that in abundance. I heard several other passengers complaining of the lack of excitement, obviously they had no idea of what the Princess line is all about!

Being that Majestic was originally designed for Asia, it is a bit different. Try Harmony and Bistro Sur La Mer Specialty Restaurants.

If you're a smoker, there are 3 smoking areas on the ship. Deck 17 Aft, Deck 7 outside just before the Vista theater, and in the Casino next to the windows.
