Great ports of call and service onboard. I would definitely cruise again. I am in my late 20s and this cruise line definitely skews older. Even so, I still had a great experience.

Alfredo's Pizza was amazing! Other than that I would rate the food as average. The specialty restaurant foods (we dined at Harmony and the Crown Grill) were very good but the main dining room was very small portions and just okay food. Skip the buffet and room service.

The service at this bar was unmatched. They have tons of snacks they hand out and will find the best wine for you. At night you can listen to the live music in the piazza. We went here often and had a great time!

Everything I ate here was amazing! Worth the charge to eat here. They even let us bring the leftovers back to our room The portion sizes were so big we were able to share everything.
Crown Grill Bar

Get the filet mignon! Amazing quality food. I was not a huge fan of the appetizers but the dinner really made up for it. They gave us three different salts with the steak to try. It was a great experience.

The pizza is to die for! You can not go wrong with anything you order. One of the best meals I had on board.
Onboard Activities

This ship did not have many onboard activities. Where it was an Alaskan cruise we did not use the pool because the weather was too cold. Due to winds the golf area was closed most days. We got massages at the spa and that was wonderful.

The service and staff was AMAZING. I always recognize that staff of cruise ships go above and beyond what you find on land but this ship's service was even better. I can not say enough good things about the staff on this ship. They were extremely accomodating.

This ship was designed for the Chinese market so it was really cool to be able to experience that in America. It was a little different that other ships I have been on before but I liked it. It was extremely clean. There were always people cleaning which was really reassuring because of all that is going on with Covid.
Cabin / Stateroom

This cabin was a bit smaller than other balcony cabins I have stayed in. The room steward was amazing and our room was always spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing it lacked was storage for our suitcases. There was really no great place for both of us to open up our suitcases.
Ship tip
Dine in the specialty restaurants. It's cheaper than most other cruise lines and the food is great.
This was a very fair review. I love Alfredos! You're right about Crown Grill and those salts...our server brought them back so I could take a pic for future reference!!!
Princess is definitely an older crowd, especially Alaska. We're in our 60's but enjoy seeing young adults on cruises. Several times we have cruised in early May on RC and it was a good mix of ages. Not too many kids because school wasn't out but still quite a few in their 20's.
