Once off ship & my wife Sonia in a wheel chair, we were abandoned. I had to push the chair & bag a long way to Customs and to bag claim. There was no coordination between Princess & Terminal staff. After finding our checked bag, I had to summon a porter to get us out of the terminal and to the parking lot.
