Really enjoyed the Majestic Princess cruise to Glacier Bay National Park and other SE Alaska cities.

I'm beginning to feel like a native Alaskan. One more trip and they will have to include me in the annual oil-money distribution.

It was great having the ship at 60% capacity as you never had to wait to do anything. Beautiful ship and great staff.

Probably will not cruise with Princess again. We have a Hawaii cruise booked with them for February but are canceling after this cruise.

Great ports of call and service onboard. I would definitely cruise again. I am in my late 20s and this cruise line definitely skews older. Even so, I still had a great experience.

It was a great cruise - the service was impeccable, and Alaska was absolutely stunning. Although this specific ship was not ideal for someone in their 20s (not much to do), I loved the service and staff, and got to meet some great people!

The landscape and excursions were exciting. The information needs to be laid out more clearly. The app was inconsistent and missed information leading up to the cruise.

The trip was nice. The crew was good, the ports of call where interesting and fun. Alaska is beautiful to visit. I can’t say I would do another cruise but that is just because I’d rather vacation in other ways. This was not a trip for families with younger children. Definitely more aligned to a more mature group. The Medallion app has multiple bugs that need to be fixed as it could be difficult to use and sometimes did not work properly.

Tried to rate the port of calls but did not open. Juneau, Skagway and Ketchikan are all basically landlocked ports so expect high prices. Excursions are expensive but the Glacier/whale watching and salmon bake in Juneau was a great experience. Do not recommend the White rail train in Skagway - especially with the best part of the ride closed down. Also do not recommend the local trolley to the small waterfall at the end of the island that stops at a salmon stream (they were not noteworthy) as there is much more to see in town, do the in town trail instead for free. Salmon are running in August so that is amazing to see. Cruise ship was nice and the crew is very friendly. Internet was not very good. The touchless Medallion that you wear around your neck replaces the old cruise card for totally touchless cruise experience with purchases, accessing rooms and getting on and off the ship (also serves as traceability for COVID exposure if it wear to happen from what I was told). Passengers were good about wearing mask and were reminded by the crew if they forgot - policy for the elevators of no more than 6 generally was ignored. Use the stairs if you can. There were no illnesses on our cruise that we were aware of for the second week of August. We were told the ship would be at 57% capacity but it was at 95%. What is good about sailing now is we were the only cruise ship in each port versus the normal four so we had each location to ourselves without the huge crowds.

We absolutely loved the beauty of Alaska and all three ports along with Glacier bay cruising. The ship was very beautiful and comfortable with a great variety of food.

Alaska is very beautiful. I was happy to have seen it. Would have like better weather but it was a cold, rainy, windy August week, weather I usually cruise to escape.
