Review summary
guest services ruined the sanctity of the cruise. moved us to a bigger room for more $ then tried to make us move back to tiny room-woke us at 6 am-very rude about it.am elite member, treated us worst of any of 60 cruises. embarkation did not tell us we needed covid test. took 4 hours and LOTS of walking to get tested. disembarkation was a nightmare trying to get off quickly to get to airport to get covid test to fly home. princess leaves you hanging on your own to get tested. many people missed their flights. princess should test you the day before disembarkation on the ship!!! very very unhappy about this. going to postpone next cruise- it has become too hard to travel and princess does not make it easy.Embarkation
