The Jewel of the Seas is a beautiful ship. Unfortunately, we experienced a few issues that marred our onboard experience just a bit; however, the ports of call were absolutely fantastic. All-in-all it was a good cruise.
Embarkation

For some reason, our photos (my husband and I) printed on another couple's Sea Pass card. We experienced a long, frustrating delay while this situation was corrected. Once we went to embark, we experienced another temporary delay as additional corrections were made to our cards.

We experienced both the main dining room and the Windjammer buffet. Food quality was good and abundant at both locations.

Daily trivia games were held in an open bar area. It was loud and hard to hear the trivia

The shows we attended were of good quality. Catch String Fever if you ever get an opportunity to see them perform. Amazing shows!

Everyone we encountered was very good and very friendly. We experienced some issues with Room Service.
Ship Quality

Elevators in the mid-ship area are very, very busy at strategic times of the day. Just beware if you have a mid-ship cabin.
Cabin / Stateroom

We experienced problems with hot water and low water pressure. Additionally, the water also had a sulfur smell.
