Review summary

the Ships crew are very friendly and they go all the way to be helpful. However, they need to increase the crew-passenger ratio. They just don’t have time to help you. Particularly at our cabin, coffee bars and dinner.

Crew was way over-extended. Way too many passengers/tables for one waiter and one helper. They try very hard, just not enough hands. Our orders took long, the wine, and the speciality coffee at the end of the dinner...forget it.mediocre

Bring your own toiletries as the are hard to come by. Cabin floor needed better vacuum. Room service...ordered twice and it was way too late, had to send it back.

Great place, the locals had issues/complaints with too many Tourist. One restaurant we visited at the end of our tour to Pompeii. At the entrance of the port (I believe the name was I’m golfo , after 45 -50 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, finally got a hold of what appeared to be the man in charge and told him we were with the cruise ship and on a schedule he told us very aggressively to leave!.
