Review summary

The scenery on Alaska is beautiful but we were disappointed with Royal Caribbean. The bed was uncomfortable, we were treated rudely by guest services, and our folio overcharged 3 times. We spent quite a bundle on the cruise and to be treated like that is unacceptable. We will probably not cruise with Royal Caribbean again. We are platinum crown & anchor and have sailed with RC exclusively.

Sorry to hear we are going on Norwegian next July to Bermuda I read great things on their reviews hope I don't have any nightmares for the money Iam spending I'll raise the roof!
