Review summary
The internet is not adequate or out dated equpiment on this ship becasue it did not work well and was very expensive. From my experience with the internet on different ships this was the worst ever, very, very slow and the prices Princess Cruises charges for the internet is to say the least outrageous and dishonest. The Shore Excursions were way over price and not worth the money. Most of the staff was wonderful however the front desk people were not so great. They lacked professional training to deal with situation out of the normal, they are very ridged. Example I gave them the wrong credit card to settle our final account and during the process of runing the credit card I discovered it was the wrong one and they could not switch it or reverse the charge and charge the correct credit card! On three occasions our son was delivered raw hamburger and one time before we noticed he has eaten about 90% of a raw hamburger and ended up getting very sick and going to the short stay hospital in Acapulco with a diagnosis of food poisoning most likely casue by the raw hamburger.Ship experiences
