We (6) all picked the cruise to go to the original ports, after the hurricane changed all ports, we when to Mexico and Nassau. we have been to these ports many times and one of us have a time share on it. Royal Caribbean did not try to make this right. They should have offer a discount on a future cruise to the right ports after they get up and running again. I paid more a RC cruise and got Carnival ports. Not happy with RC, will be on Norwegian in the future. Dan M Harmony Sept 30,17 room11154

Cannot really do better than Oasis Class if you are a suite cruiser. Rooms are terrific, perks of concierge lounge and restaurant, expedited embarkment and departure, pleasant helpful staff make it worth the extra money

My daughter and I had an amazing time on this boat. There are so many things to do and see. Already looking into planning another cruise next year..

I was on Majesty of the Seas on 9-11-2001, it was a bad experience. Not only because of what was happening in the world, which There are no words for, but this older ship was poorly laid out and the food wasn't great. We WILL GO with Royal Caribbean again and Harmony of the Seas. It was a pleasure! I have been on 27 cruises, mostly with Carnival and some Celebrity. I don't think we will be back with Carnival...RCCL is just TOO GREAT!!!!!

There is so much to see and do on this ship. Even though it is the largest cruise ship in the world, the only time it seemed crowded was when shows let out, or at the main pools on sea days. There was always a place to go besides our cabin to be away from the crowds. One of the best cruises we have been on.

It was my birthday so everyone in dining was singing and gave me cake... That was great...food was awesome... Room was always clean... Everyone working on the trip was helpful

Love this cruise...Fabulous...Great time, on a great ship. There are so many activities that everyone can find something they will enjoy. The food is very good with so many things options. Loved the VOOM with streaming. It enabled us to keep in touch with each other and with our family at home. We were able to send pictures home for the entire trip. Although there were about 6,000 guests on board, we never felt crowed the entire week.

Overall the cruise was a pleasant experience. The crew were professional, personal and pleasant. The staff of the toddler room in adventure Ocean were warm and loving to our daughter and the staff in the older rooms were engaging as well. Our kids couldn't wait to go therre and that was priceless since it opened up some much needed time for my wife and I to explore the ship or go to a show.

Was the first cruise of my life and i don't regret i can't wait for my next vacations to bring all my kids and do it again Harmony of the Seas is amazing.

The cruise started out amazing and I would say outside of what I am about to explain below everything was spectacular. We missed the cruise departure in Cozumel due to confusion regarding local time and ship time. I even called Royal Caribbean and spoke to your ETT (emergency travel team) and they confirmed with me not once but 3 times that the ships departures was 7pm local time but in reality it was 7pm ship time. Due to the ferries between Cozumel and Play del Carmen running once an hour we had no choice but to wait with the thought that we would still make it back in time. We missed the ship and incurred close to $3000 in flight/hotel/food costs for a family of 5 and then to top it off having to wait 7 hours at the Fort-Lauderdale port to have your representatives locate and find our bags and finally getting all our belongings at 3 pm. We incurred costs to fly from Cancun to FLL, fine, and we were informed we could come to the port at 8 30 am and claim our bags and booked flights with extra cushion for 1 pm only to have to pay fines and cancel our flights due to still not having our belongings and then only having option to drive back to Washington DC. This was the first cruise experience for all of my family minus me and it turned out to be the worst possible outcome.

Great experience for all. Will do another one soon with Royal Caribbean. Before you go, get familiar with the schedules. It will save you time and make for a more enjoyable experience.

As far as the cruise goes there are a lot of things That are not disclosed about pricing that should be. Especially when it comes to dining and food packages. We found that when you get the drink package and I mean just regular beverages there is only 2 machines on Dec. 5 in 2 machines up in the buffet for getting soda that makes it difficult when you want something to drink in your in the different part of the ship. Know if you have the ultimate drink package you can get soda at any bar but you're gonna pay for that from $50 compared to $8 so you can see the price difference for convenience. Also when you purchase an alternate dining package you should be explained that it is not an ultimate package that there are items you still have to pay for if I would have known this prior to booking a cruise I would have never went on a cruise I would have went somewhere else. Also when it comes to excursions some of them are quite expensive for what little you get it seems like cattle calls and I mean that they try to cram as many people in so they can make money and you don't always get the best experience. So this was my 1st cruise for me in my wife it was our birthdays back-to-back so we thought we would do something special it was my wife's 40th and we were very disappointed to us it was a large waste of money and I still had an $800 bill when I got off the ship and that was just from tipping the mandatory tips they charge you which I did not understand that should be explained much clearer and a couple of the excursions I wanted to do-and the extra money for the meals so you can see how things add up quite quickly. I also try to rake the cruise on Caribbean's 4 days later through my email but it told me it expired so I could even complain to Royal Caribbean's that's just icing on the cake that was just our experience I hope you have a better one

Beautiful boat but way too many people. Very disappointed and would not recommend! Had so many better vacations and extremely upset that I spent the money I did and did not enjoy myself or make good memories. My kids were very disappointed and upset especially since this was their summer vacation trip and it was kind of boring for them and just disappointing.

Food was nothing spectacular kind of disappointing. It was not bad but was on par with Carnival and I expected more. Drink packages even the non alcoholic one is a must! Has at least 10 virgin pina coladas a day! A lot going on but for the worlds largest cruise ship i expected more.

A wonderful experience! We had so much fun with family members. We experienced adventures that we probably would never have tried otherwise! This truly was a vacation of a lifetime!!!

What a wonderful way to start as a FIRST TIME CRUISER! We absolutely and thoroughly enjoyed it! Great job RCCL! This was a vacation that we all are still talking about. Although we have nothing to compare it to, we are certain that there is no need to try any other cruise line!

Overpriced experience. Felt I was on a timeshare sales pitch, but I didn't get anything for free. The ship over hareges for everything. I did the math and realized that I could have stayed in santorini on the beach for 10 days, ate like royalty, and still come home with more money than a week on the cruise

The boat is super modern, clean and full of entertainment. We were all fascinated with the shows and activities. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable !!

A cruise is not something we will do every year. This experience, though, has showed us that it is something we will likely do in the future, though.
