Embarkation

Very easy and quick process.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
These folks are experts. The food was fresh with lots of options. No one got sick!, which was a concern I had considering how many guests they had.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Fun onboard activities for everyone in the family. You have to work hard at being bored. If you want to be in one of the 6 pools with lots of other folks and loud music, you can do that. If you want to go to deck 16 and get a tan, that an option too. If you want to read in the shade and a quiet area (18+ only), they have that on deck 17 at the front of the ship.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Shows were great. From kids, to teens to adults, it's a floating city.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The Staff we had was amazing! The folks they hire are very polite, well trained and eager to provide top 5-star service.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship is new (Oct 2016), in great shape, and the staff kept it clean throughout the day, everyday. It seemed that the public bathroom was cleaned on the hour, every hour. The hand rails and elevators were cleaned throughout the day and night, too.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Perfect! The cabin was comfortable and clean. You can set the a/c to your liking. The door closed tight making the room very quiet.

Ship tip

Be patient and breathe. There're many elevators, 17+ decks and almost 6,000 guests. You'll need to wait in line for a few things. But, they move quickly. The buffet gets very busy and passengers hustle 10-15 minutes each time before the staff closes the buffet down. Everything on the ship is on a schedule, don't procrastinate. If you miss the buffet or meal times at restaurants, get room service for $8 delivery fee and no charge for food. You won't go hungry.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

It was our sailing port, didn't do any excursions.

Nassau, Bahamas

We were there for about 1/2 day. Slept in late, didn't do an excursion, and just walked around the port/downtown.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Did the swimming with dolphin excursion; my 16-year old teen son loved it.

Basseterre, St. Kitts

Snorkel excursion, it was perfect.

Disembarkation
