Suggestion to staff for this cruise is to not only pay attention to the retired couples. My wife and I were periodically overlooked in service.

A great cruise for first timers or seasoned travelers, remember you are on a vacation, everything is not perfect, you will meet people from all over and there is an international crew. So relax, enjoy and have fun.

Come ready to relax. The staff is beyond kind. The drinks can be pricey and be sure to play trivia up in the Schooner Bar. I mentioned it needs some refreshing and that will happen next April I was told. Spend the extra for excursions.

I would tell anyone wanting to go a cruise, first time, close to Baltimore, Grandeur is a good choice. It's a nice size boat. It just needs a little more Adult entertainment and food that is more plain and recognizable. And something sweet for dessert would make 7 days go by easier.
