Suggestion to staff for this cruise is to not only pay attention to the retired couples. My wife and I were periodically overlooked in service.

Beautiful ship--have a great time.

Trip destinations were great and well guided, by the tour guides.

A great cruise for first timers or seasoned travelers, remember you are on a vacation, everything is not perfect, you will meet people from all over and there is an international crew. So relax, enjoy and have fun.

Come ready to relax. The staff is beyond kind. The drinks can be pricey and be sure to play trivia up in the Schooner Bar. I mentioned it needs some refreshing and that will happen next April I was told. Spend the extra for excursions.

Beautiful ship and magnificent destinations! This fall itinerary should not be missed!

Good ship if you just want to relax.

Especially convenient if you can drive to Baltimore and smaller ship with max passengers around 2500, we had around 2000.
ANGELINEADAMS
Nice ship, but add more seating in all areas for large hipped people. Work on desserts in Gatsby dining room.
drobey03
Due to the smallness of the ship, timing is everything for casual buffet restaurant eating and the more popular shows in the theatre.
tantemarylou
just ask any ship personnel and they will help you

Do not go to gym early in the morning. Elliptical machines are in high demand. There are only 4 of them. Expect lines to use them early in the morning.

Shorter cruise is better then long ones.

Bring board games and activities to entertain yourselves or books to read there isn't a lot of activities that the bigger ships have and aside from New Year's Eve most nights in the ship were very quiet

If you are going to the Windjammer, going during off hours and there was usually a line of people waiting to get in the second the doors open. Don't be shy about asking for items not on the menu. They actually get bored and love to go off menu for guests.

It was a very nice cruise and the service is excellent.

The hospitality is incredible, they treat you like royalty, it was a treat

I would tell anyone wanting to go a cruise, first time, close to Baltimore, Grandeur is a good choice. It's a nice size boat. It just needs a little more Adult entertainment and food that is more plain and recognizable. And something sweet for dessert would make 7 days go by easier.

Lit the inner of kids allowed on board at one time...kids not sell behaved..made us glad to be home..never have I ever seen so many bratty.unbehaved kids in one spot...ruined our first cruise experience

wait for a new or refurbished ship to sail from Baltimore, in the meantime try Carnival Pride.
