It was a wonderful experience. There was a few hiccups but they went far and beyond to make it right. The internet was the only disappointment. It was ok on upper decks not so much on lower decks

We enjoyed our rest and relaxation on this cruise! Can't wait to schedule another one!

Half good, half bad. If the evening shows in the showroom would be improved, it would be a very nice trip.

Overall we enjoyed our cruise. We just think that Royal Caribbean has slipped in it's quality over the years. Now they charge $16.99 if you want a second lobster tail om formal night. What other items will they start nickel and diming the guests for?

We were delighted with the itinerary, as were the other customers on board (since it was a packed ship, with no opportunities for upgrades from what the staff told us). The ship was very nice, the food was quite satisfactory, and we had a great time.

This was a wonderful cruise for anyone wanting a relaxing time. However, there was plenty of activities to fill your time if you feel the need. I felt like there was always something for everyone available.

This was our first cruise and the ship was a huge disappointment. The service was excellent but it wasn’t a comfortable stay in the cabin. Placing 3 adults in a cabin like that should not be recommended or allowed. The furniture and the decor needs to be updated or just decommission the ship. The excursions were great but then when we came back there was really no place to relax and put our feet up besides the tiny room with NO decent programming except ESPN and cable news. No decent internet to speak of. Had to leave the room to get connection and it drops all the time. Can’t say I’d travel again in an old ship like that no matter how “good” the deal seems. Also the excursions don’t say much of what to prepare and bring. No dress codes etc.

Will not sail on this ship again even if it was free. Very disappointed on overall state of ship. Food in dining room and buffet was below par. Crew was outstanding.

Everything about the cruise was fine and enjoyable, but please please please do something about the smoking areas. It was frustrating that in 2023 we still have a casino with smoking allowed and on the main pool deck near our children!!! When I am sunbathing I don't want to be inhaling cigar/cigarette/vape/whatever smoke the whole time!!!

A brief overview of our cruise was disappointing. We waited so long to take this trip and I feel we didn't get the full experience of the last time we cruised. WE are looking at the ICON of the SEA and my boys would LOVE to go on that ship but I would need to read all the FINE print and make sure it is worth it to give it another try.

Our previous RC cruise experience was very good, prompting us to use them again. This cruise, however, was very disappointing.

We truly enjoyed the cruise. All the personnel were very friendly and professional. We enjoyed all the good food. Pleasant atmosphere and good music. Good shows and the energy of the crew. The ship is a little dated and could use an upgrade, but overall we loved every minute of the cruise. We look forward to our next cruise.

All excursions had local guides with lots of info but can't understand their speeches. Too much of an accent and talk fast.

We enjoyed our cruise and will cruise Royal Caribbean again. They did a great job!

The port selection was great, I think San Juan, wil be better to be extra time, it's a lot to do for a short time

Great experience, will do it again! Traveled with family and we all will be cruising again with royal.lots to do on board at all times but for us it was the great service and friendly people who made it even better.

Overall great experience, great service by the entire crew. Always smiling and asking how they can help you. got to know many of the crew on a first name basis and they made a point of always calling you by name.

Overall this cruise exceeded my expectations. The rooms were well appointed, the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was decent and the activities were enough for me. The cruise week was convenient for us and we did not mind that the ship only had two ports of call. I like days at sea to go to the gym, sit at the pool, and read a book! In addition I was very impressed and touched that they had a special tribute in the main atrium to our troops, veterans, all branches of service by members of the crew/officers. They had a USA flag cake and a crew member performed Taps on the horn. I got weepy at the tribute as my dad is a combat wounded Vietnam vet. They also had an Intl Women's day recognition in the same area. Class Act.

This was a great chill cruise. I enjoyed, relaxed, and have a great time on board. You won't regret booking on this cruise line.
