This was a birthday cruise for myself and my adult son. The cruise was a lot of fun and the people were very friendly. Unfortunately due to thunderstorms I chose not to get off the ship at either of the ports.

This cruise was my first and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. In fact, before departing I booked another cruise for same time next year.

The cruise was very enjoyable, relaxing food was excellent Both ports were great experience the whole overall of the five day cruise was an awesome. First time experience would love to go again.

The ship was full but Royal Caribbean keeps everything working smoothly and orderly. The dining room food was disappointing. The live music made up for any negatives. I meant for this to be a relaxing cruise and it was. Service at bars and everywhere else was good.

Was a nice long weekend at a good deal. Again, ship needs an update and more activies.

On our 2nd to last day on the ship, we went to the restaurant for brunch time. We were wearing tank tops and shorts, waiting in line with a bunch of other people wearing the same thing, or in many cases even less (swim suits, ect). The lady attending to the line and allowing people in, walked up to me and my partner and told us we needed to get out of the line and go back into the room and change because it wasn’t appropriate. It was odd to me since other people were being allowed in with no issue. We returned once we changed and once again, were in line with people who were wearing the same thing or less. Those other people were let in with no issue and not asked to change. It felt like we were being singled out and discriminated against, possibly because me and my partner are in a same sex relationship. Another evening, the last night on the ship, we were going into the restaurant for dinner and Were at the door way waiting for entry to be seated, like we did the other nights. The person at the front rudely said “what are you waiting for, if you know your table just go sit”. Even though every other night we were told to wait to be seated. The glasses we got had lip stick stains on them, steak was over cooked, bread never came after we asked for more, as well as juice that I had to ask for 3 times. Our waiter, Demitrio and his co-waiter Pura however, were very nice and attentive.

I did enjoy my first cruise. Would definitely cruise again but on a different ship with more activities and more food. I would definitely get the internet & drink packafo

This cruise was just ok. Won't go on the Grandeur of the Seas again. Too old. Even some of the staff mentioned they were looking to transfer to other ships because this one was just too old and too much work.

Again, the food on the ship (excluding speciality restaurants) needs improving. Ship was very hot - too much glass in the windjammer, casino was very hot. We had an incident in the casio where a piece of metal was protruding from the wall and my husband ran into it - the problem was resolved not in the best way - a temporary fix. Dangerous situation.

Older ship but still an enjoyable cruise. Staff was great and eager to help you with whatever you want.

The cruise was fun but the actual ship needs to be renovated.

Overall a great relaxing cruise and we met wonderful fellow cruisers.

Relaxing classic cruise ship. Bring a book-- limited library.

I have very little left to say. This was the worst experience ever on a cruise ship. I do not think I would ever cruise again on the Royal Carribean. I understand sometimes meals dont always come out great. But the scale of food on 3 visits to the main seating is too many wrong. Even the caliber of food being served is not what other cruises have represented. I have one more cruise scheduled in November with a different cruise line.

My cruise was good… my mother should have been on the cruise but she died prior to the cruise. I tried my best to make the best of it. Overall the restaurant staff, room staff, and entertainment staff were on point

Wonderful crew and very nice ports of call. The ship is older but was very nice and easy to walk thru.

We did enjoy everything this boat offered. Food was yummy, all of the staff were wonderful and polite to deal with. We booked the Sloth, Monkey and Iguana tour in Roatan, Honduras through but was not thrilled about the directions given on paperwork to find "Craig". We had to travel out of the gated port area where so many other tour companies where yelling at you to pay for a tour with them. Outside of the gate was super sketchy as well. Once we met with "Craig" we were swept away in a van with 10 other people for our tour. Please give Kembror, our driver/tour guide a raise, bonus or something special. He did an AMAZING job driving us around to our tours and was super friendly. We really enjoyed working with him on this tour. He went above and beyond what any of us asked of him when it came to making a few other stops on our journey. He was so great!

Take a cruise and see some of the world. You will also make new friends along the way.

Only complaint is the wifi wasn’t worth paying for. It barely worked for us

The cruise itself was great, the only issue I had was that I was supposed to have prepaid gratuity and the ship charged me, the cost ended up adding $456 to my trip
