Review summary

Again, the food on the ship (excluding speciality restaurants) needs improving. Ship was very hot - too much glass in the windjammer, casino was very hot. We had an incident in the casio where a piece of metal was protruding from the wall and my husband ran into it - the problem was resolved not in the best way - a temporary fix. Dangerous situation.

The dining room food has taken a turn for the worse with the new menus implemented (themed). Not enough of the standard meals. The quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired in the main dining room. Windjammer lunch menu stayed the same in a lot of areas and then the choice of something different, again, left a lot to be desired. Seemed like a lot of indian food - spicy.

Our room attendant Crisanto was excellent and met all our requirements (which weren't too many since we were in a grand suite). Always pleasant and willing to help us, if needed. Savio & Japfar - our servers in the main dining room were always pleased to see us, had a smile on their faces and concerned if we were happy with our meal. Patricia our bar service person in the Concierge lounge was pleasant and attentive as well as our Concierge person.

Beautiful room - nice to have lounge chairs on the balcony.

Ship tip

Don't go - ship is old - needs to be drydocked and dismantled. Very hot throughout the ship.
