I have very little left to say. This was the worst experience ever on a cruise ship. I do not think I would ever cruise again on the Royal Carribean.
I understand sometimes meals dont always come out great. But the scale of food on 3 visits to the main seating is too many wrong. Even the caliber of food being served is not what other cruises have represented.
I have one more cruise scheduled in November with a different cruise line.

The flow and boarding was great!!!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
It was the on the scale of a Cafeteria, Golden Corral, or lowest scale restaurant. We attempted to eat 3 meals in the main dining area. First night was the worst fried chicken and prime rib ever! Didnt come back for two nights, ate at specialty dining. On night 2, appeteizer shrimp was nothing the size of the specialty dining nor the sauce for dipping, the salmon was so dry you couldnt flake it. Took one bite. Got up and left. Manager, waiter and another guy made a big deal about us getting up and leaving. We came back the last night of cruise. I had lamb shank. Took one bite of the tough lamb after peeling it off the big ole bone. Didnt say anything and covered it with my napkin. The manager brought us desert and asked how it was. He was constantly watching us and made for a sad evening. Of course specialty restaurants were good because you had to pay much more to have that meal.
Onboard Activities

Pool was ok. Every day same time at the pool was the same band, same old songs.
Entertainment
1 out of 5
Walked out each time because of off key singing, performance was awful. What we would definitely call failures in their field hired by a cruise ship.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
The staff was great, helpful and always cleaning. What I didnt like was once we complained on the 2nd meal, they wouldnt leave us alone for dinner on the 3rd meal. Main guy made sure to tell the waiter to take good care of us. But of course the 3rd meal was a lamb shank and it was a shank alright. Didnt eat it.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Its an older ship but it was clean.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
This the most awesome cabin I have ever stayed on in 5 cruises. Will be the example of what a balcony suite is meant to be. This was awesome!!!!
Ship tip
Do not sail on this ship if you expect to have a good meal in the main dining area. 3 meals and all were terrible. Would never sail on this ship and have no intentions of ever sailing with Royal Carribean.
Saw nothing great about this location. Quite sure the port for cruise ship is not what the rest of the island would look like, but the tour didnt reveal anything either. Went on a taxi ride to what was supposed to be a beach. Instead it was a place to line people up in the water and let them see dolphins. Did not sign up for that. Was going to the beach. Same thing a little area with contagous looking water that once again, we did not put our feet in the water. Hung out at the pool which was nice for 3 hours and went back to the ship.
Lowest of possible places to visit. Took a tour and got to see the entire place is a dump of trash, waste water plant, and there is no beach. It was a contagious bio of a lagoon. Did not put our feet in the water.
We were on the first tender to shore. Went up to the tour people to let them know we were scheduled for 9:45. IT was only 8am. Sit right there and at 8:30, 9:00, 9:15, 9:45 and 10:00 asked them about the tour. Said it was coming. At 10:20 standing there for 10 minutes while Francisco waiting on other people, told me at 10:20 I missed my tour. I told him he had continue to tell me to wait. They never announced or had signs and he even said as I took his name didnt remember talking to me. We went straight back to the ship and reported this to the desk. Now we get hounded to repeat this story to 3 people. The next day we are handed a 15% discount value for cruise fare paid on future cruise.
After all the other stuff that happened we kept our 2 bags. We walked off as soon as possible. 7am with our bags the same way we walked on and was in a uber in 20 minutes. Great disembarkation
