One complaint is that they nickel and dime you for everything and constantly bug you about the specialty restaurants. You would think being a new years eve cruise there would have been party favors/hats/noise makers and music to all hours of the AM. NO ONCE AGAIN THINS SHUT DOWN! Should have done CARNIVAL I GUESS for the entertainment

My family and I all agree that this cruise was so bad that we will never waste our money on another cruise again.

You get what you pay for, and sometimes that's ok. We knew the food would be good, not great. We knew the ship was old and smaller. We had to been to most of the ports before. But we saved enough money to make it worth it.

Our itinerary had us back in the USA in the middle of the cruise. This meant we had to clear customs and immigration in Port Canaveral, not in Baltimore after the cruise ended. Our deck (deck #8) was the first to exit. We had to be off the ship between 6:30 and 6:45 a.m. Then, we had to sit in the terminal until 9:15 a.m. when the ship reached a zero count and was cleared to reboard passengers. We'll never book a similar itinerary again. At times, smoke odor from the Casino permeated the Centrum. We couldn't participate in some of the Centrum entertainment because of that.

My overview of this cruise was excellent and offered a variety of fun-filled activities, entertainment and relaxing when needed.

Everything was great! The Crew, Ports, Food, Ship,and Activities were top-notch! I can hardly wait to book another cruise on The Grandeur of the Seas!

All in all our cruise was a wonderful experience that really surpassed our expectations.

It was a great getaway. The staff really made the difference between a good and bad trip.

It was a new and exciting adventure for us, as we had never been on a cruise before.

I enjoyed this cruise despite some of the drawbacks like when the adults only area was not enforced. However,I probably will not cruise with royal Caribbean again just because of this issue. I would recommend they take care of this by having a dedicated person stationed up there to tell parents that children aren’t allowed in this one small area.

Overall as not good because we were limited by bad weather. I thought the communication that we received along the way was not accurate regarding the plan, arrival time at ports, etc.

To be perfectly honest this was the worst cruise I have been on and I have been on a few. The customer service was horrible and not very friendly.

We wanted to get away and the cruise was very nice..Again this ship does not have a ton of things to do but the staff is outstanding

This is a nice ship well maintained even though one of oldest The improvements and activities at Coco Cay were fun.

We had a nice, relaxing time on an older ship. We would do it again in a heartbeat! Economical too!

This cruise was delightful The staff was very accommodating and friendly We would take this cruise again Very highly recommended!!!

Why do we have to pay a 17.50 a day per person for gratuities when the service sucked especially in the restaurants

Relaxing This is a smaller and older ship then what I am used to cruising

Enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. Our Steward answer any questions we may have had and took care of us very well. Very easy port to arrive and embark on the trip.

Food on the Grandeur was just average. Menu choices were not great. Food quality only fair. Food was not served hot and meats were chewy. I will prefer Carnival from now on. Never got my $100 stockholders benefit.
