Review summary

I enjoyed this cruise despite some of the drawbacks like when the adults only area was not enforced. However,I probably will not cruise with royal Caribbean again just because of this issue. I would recommend they take care of this by having a dedicated person stationed up there to tell parents that children aren’t allowed in this one small area.

I suggest maybe trying to read in the library.

If there is inclement weather, children are allowed in the adults only Solarium during certain hours. This same thing happened to us on our last Grandeur trip.

You should give them another try if not that ship maybe another one everyone deserves a second chance.

Most ships don’t enforce the no children in adults area, no saving of loungers on deck or seats in the theater, etc. Unless you choose Viking (which allows no children on board), or an upscale line such as Symphony, Crystal, Regent, etc, not cruising on Royal Caribbean won’t be any different in that regards.

I wish Royal would also enforce higher dress standards in MDR too
