To be perfectly honest this was the worst cruise I have been on and I have been on a few. The customer service was horrible and not very friendly.

Overall I felt the customer service was not up to par. They ignored you for the most part and were rude at times,

Suggestion for the sewage smell, bring air freshener maybe that might be helpful

We were on ship in September and the staff was great. Captain avoided 3 hurricanes, a little rolling but manageable.

I have heard a lot about a bad sewage smell in the bathrooms. I am getting worried! That would ruin a cruise!

So was the cruise it self horrible or are you basing this on the weather and weren't able to go to the other port of calls which made it bad?
