So grateful that you hated your experience so much that I won’t be running into you on a cruise ever! The way you wrote your review made you sound like trash and unhappy people! Can’t do anything about the trash part, but try not to be so unhappy about life! It’s not pretty!

Some people are only happy when they are complaining. Nothing will make them happy. Cruising is definitely not for this person.

It sounds like cruising isn't for you. If you had actually done your research then you would realize how hard the workers work to get said tip. Which by the way, you can take off but it is such a cheap, and mean thing to do. This website isn't Royal Caribbean either so complaining on here won't get you anywhere. Good luck with your future cruises.

Different people have different expectations and needs. A lot of people, me included, love a nice relaxing cruise with great service. Love the Grandeur.

We were on this ship last month and had a wonderful experience. These are most likely Carnival loyalists...if not, cruising is not for them!

We always had great experiences on the Grandeur. In fact we tip extra to room stewards and dining room staff.

Miminic - we were on the Grandure in Sept-Oct and yes it's an older, smaller ship and doesn't have all the bells and whistles or amazing entertainment. But it has amazing service, there were no complaints on the food, and the ship is kept clean. The cruise is what you make of it.
