All in all a great experience the ship and the port in Barbados could use some maintenance and sprucing up.

Very good overall experience. Entertainment lacking

Wonderful staff, tidy ship, but too small. Rooms are old and not efficiently designed nor enough space to breathe. Poor choice of activities and badly timed throughout the day. There are too many "additives" and what you get isn't worth what they're charging. We had to pay more for internet in one week than we do in 4 months at home and the ship internet package didn't even work! You had to add a "soda package" or an "alcohol package" that cost ridiculous amounts of money (as in you had to drink at least 13-14 drinks per day to make it worth the money). It was cheaper to drink on the islands all day than enjoy a glass of wine or two at dinner. We have done a ton of traveling all over the world, but this was our first cruise, and may very well be our last. We certainly will not be going on this particular ship and would look for something newer, larger and more cost inclusive (if that's possible) if it's ever a consideration again.

I thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. The service was excellent and the food was very good. The ports of call were amazing. The people on the islands were friendly and welcoming. The islands were gorgeous. I strongly recommend doing excursions in each port as there’s so much to learn about these little islands.

There were just so many disappointments like the way that the 24 hr. Self serve ice cream is now served by crew member after 11:00. , the way that waiters dont sing or dance, the way that room service costs 7.95, the laundry special only applies to underware, etc. Etc.

This 14 day cruise included 10 Ports of calls. We have done excursions on all of the stops and enjoyed interfacing with the locals and experiencing their culture. We had a very memorable time that we will cherish for many years.

The cruise was relaxing… we had great time! Staff was excellent. The only issue I had was with the internet package it’s not worth the price because we hardly had service. But overall it was great!!

Despite what everyone is saying in the news, we felt like the cruise was enjoyable and relaxing way to spend time as a family. With less than half of the people normally on the ship it was almost like we had a private sailing. The food was excellent as was the service. The ports we didn’t get to go to were the only disappointment. The beach is at the ports we did get to go to or some of the most beautiful in the world. Shout out to Ikadek and Iputu in the main dining for excellent service and Dwayne on deck for for his quality care during our stay.

It was great onboard except for major technology issues. Voom internet service only works 50% of the time, so a 50% refund should be issued. With all the COVID protocols in place we felt safer onboard than at home. The ship only had about 800 passengers so there was plenty of space everywhere.

We had a wonderful time! We’ve been on the Grandeur several times and it truly is a very friendly ship.

Will miss this ship when she leaves next year. We like her size and the crew gets to know the guests so we're well taken care of. Food is excellent in chops and variety in windjammer is nice. Bartenders are friendly and fun.

Overall I was a little disappointed in this cruise. I understand that things happen but when an entire port is cancelled then we should be compensated, at least the port fees etc. The ship is also very old and outdated. We like to stay busy and there isn't a whole lot to do during the duration of the cruise, especially during the day. Also, all the extra's are way too expensive, i.e. internet, excursions

Overall cruise was fine with no major problems. Due to weather & ship size ship was rocking & rolling almost whole time.

Good cruise for old people (must be because there were a lot of them). Baltimore is convenient for East Coast access.

The ship is looking dated. It was very relaxing though.

I like the Granduer ship. I do feel the cruise line has cut back on wait staff, housekeeping staff and entertainment since prior cruises I been on.

It was a fun cruise and I am glad we went on it. I am still thinking about the ship and if it is the right one for a Christmas Cruise. I would not do this cruise this time of year again because Coco Cay water is too cold.

Super convenient port for us. Very relaxing cruise in the winter to get a little escape from the cold.
