Very relaxing cruise. Made good use of our drink package. Enjoyed watching whales, dolphins and even a turtle swim past.

Overall it was a great cruise that we had anticipated for two years. The weather was good and the seas were easy. Saw a number of whales which is why we go in February.

All in all the cruise on the Grand was a wonderful cruise the weather was beautiful the people were nice and the staff absolutely impeccable. I’m actually cruising on the Grand in another couple of weeks.

We were just very glad to be back on a ship, not happy about wearing a mask indoors( we live in Florida we’re we don’t wear masks) but we did wear them. Hawaii made us wear them outside which I think is ridiculous . All in all just so happy to be back to sailing.

I enjoyed this cruise mostly for the relaxing days at sea. My cabin mate and I had both been to the islands before so we didn’t take excursions as we would have if it had been our first visit to Hawaii.

There are a lot of sea days on this cruise (10 to be exact) but it's a great way to unwind and there were plenty of activities if you're the type to stay active. On demand movies and TV were good. There was a lot of variety in both, from comedies to action to family to drama. The "Movies Under the Stars" were the same as in your room and they showed the football playoff games in your rooms and on the big screen. The Medallion app lacks a lot to be desired. We were unable to utilize a lot of its features even after numerous stops at their help desk. The Medallion that is worn for cabin entry and drink ordering is great!

We found the crew working hard to serve us well, yet with so relatively few passengers onboard the services at staterooms and in restaurants was clearly sub-par. The drastic cut to onboard entertainment was a huge disappointment.

We really enjoyed our experience on the ship. The staff were exceptional, all staff, dining, cabin, bar, leadership were present and willing to do anything to accommodate our needs. We ate breakfast every morning in the Crown Grill, The staff did everything for one of the best experiences we have had. I will book Suites for now on.

We enjoyed our cruise very much, met some wonderful people, ate delicious food, & saw some entertaining shows.

Overall a really great cruise. We went mainly to just rest and relax. Thanks to the fantastic crew we got just what the Dr ordered!

First time on Princess loved the medallion feature, I hope others ships implement something similar or same as the medallion. Not a fan of the whole name on cabins, use first initial and last name, just saying, for privacy.

We really enjoy Princess for our cruises. Always seem to have really good itineraries.

They didn’t have a good variety of food the entertainment was terrible

We have sailed with Princess five times now and all have been great but the last cruise was the best. Having the Grand Suite was a Bucket List that came true. We just hope to do it again someday.

A half hour before sailing, we get a notice to come down to security. Apparently they thought they saw a power strip in my hub’s suitcase so we opened the suitcase up in front of the nice man, and went through everything. We all think it appeared hub’s razor cord and razor next to one another looked like a power cord with surge protection. We thanked him. We are laughing about this all now (and were sort of when it was happening). Ensenada was cool and San Francisco was chilly but clear during the day. Hubs and I took a long walk and then met our friends for lunch and then went to Ghirardelli Square. Upon returning to the port, I kept setting off the metal detector so the nice lady used the wand and we identified every metal item on my body. We all had fun with that, including the security agents. Ship time was spent with our friends, new friends, friends met on previous cruises and chatting with the crew, especially crew from our cruise last month.

Our first cruise back and it was a wonderful getaway!

Excellent cruise we had as we needed thank you Princess

It was like a Ghost ship with under 700 guest. We only saw one couple when coming or going from our cabin. Mid day on sea day lots of open pool chairs. Staff was on top of everything, as soon as you sit down near the pool you were asked if you wanted a drink(free drinks, coffee tea, lemonade or ice water). For the safety drill we were the only ones checking in at the time we went. No lines anywhere on the ship. The only time it felt busy was sea day breakfast in the buffet. It was so relaxing with the ship so empty, I'll cruise again during covid.

Nice short cruise made longer for us by being back to back from the previous one.
