Alaska was beautiful but unfortunately the ship was awful. Probably the worst ship experience I have ever had.

Review summary

Overall the cruise was good just the ships customer service was lacking. It was hard to find a waiter to order a drink, and the ship shut down around 10:30 at night. Alaska was beautiful. This was probably my worst experience cruising on a ship.

In the old days the waiters were so intrusive that when you woke up and went to the restroom you could expect someone to ask you “cocktail?”...the bar in the plaza is always open...while activities are going the bars in the casino, the pool,the different deck 7 clubs and the one five club are open...we can always be hydrated

Never had a problem getting a cocktail on Princess... 🤷🏼‍♀️ sometimes the outer bars aren’t busy and they shut down.... but the bars in the Casino are open.... if you courteous to those around you, it comes back twofold... just sayin’...

So... Their bars had no bartenders? They dont just always walk around waiting on you hand over foot. Carnival might be more your speed.
