This was my 6th sailing with RCCL and as with my last sailing I am not as impressed. The level of customer service that I had been accustomed to in years past was definitely not up to par. We had several rude crew members in guest services and found that they were not as accommodating as they once were. The food was good, definitely average compared to the Carnival Dream which we did last year. Overall, it was a good vacation but I definitely did not see the added value of Royal as I once did in years past, which is why we chose to spend the extra $.

the ship was clean and very nice.

Show venue to cold. Casino to smokie. Desserts very dissapointing Food only average. Did not get to stop at CocoCay. Dissapointed with excursions. Drinks not consitent. This was a birthday cruise and it was never acknowledged after two reminders.

When we pulled up to the ship in the port I thought there was a amusement park on the top. It was the rock climbing wall, the flow rider, and the sports area. The kids were so amazed at how HUGE the ship was.

Freedom of the Seas is a great ship at a fair price. We were able to book for 699 a person. The cost was about 400 dollars cheaper than Royal's bigger ships but you did not lose out on much.

I really enjoyed all the shows, had difficulty finding where the shows were taking place. Wished I had an option of different seating times or more time between dining and the shows hardly had enough time to dine and get to a show or see a show before and then get to dining on time. The ship was great! The staff was great! Loved all the ports of call, wished they weren't back to back with a day of sea in between. Would definitely cruise with Royal Carribean again.

Freedom of the Seas was like home away from home. We fell in love with the atmosphere as soon as we boarded. There was always something exciting to do for our entire family.

The attention by the staff was fantastic. They treated our children like royalty and made their trip. There was so much to do on the boat each and every day. Would highly recommend this ship and cruise for a family with small children.

it was a wonderful cruise - food was very good with excellent food in Chops Grille ( great for a quite , intimate dinner) service was excellent in the dining room, staterooms well maintained - great to have a balcony

The ship is beautiful. The food was very good and fresh. I did not like the room over the prom deck, no privacy with curtain open, I had my curtains closed the whole time, you can clearly see into the rooms. employees are very friendly, ship is clean.

Being my first cruise, I can only make comparison's based on my expectations. I found the overall cruise to be better than I had hoped for. Check in was a total disaster. Took about 2 hours from the time we got in line until we set foot on the ship. We were never informed of problems, approximate waiting time, nor suggestions to speed up process. Felt more like livestock being herded into a pen than paying customers.

Ship was well maintained and staff very helpful. Activities plentiful and thought out.

One of the best cruises I have been on with my family. The Freedom Of the Seas is amazing.

This was one of the most relaxing enjoyable vacations I have ever had. Every employee I met wanted to do something FOR ME. I felt like a million bucks every day. Five star rating. This must be what celebrities feel like.

The mosr enjoyable cruise we have had,out of 4 on RC and 6 others in total.The stateroom was wonderful and service from all the personnel was excellent. Look forward to another cruise on RC in the near future.

Had a great time, shows every night with plenty of good food.

The ship was absolutely gorgeous and had tons to keep you busy. The staff was beyond amazing!
