Great Cruise

Sail Date: March 18, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

I really enjoyed all the shows, had difficulty finding where the shows were taking place. Wished I had an option of different seating times or more time between dining and the shows hardly had enough time to dine and get to a show or see a show before and then get to dining on time. The ship was great! The staff was great! Loved all the ports of call, wished they weren't back to back with a day of sea in between. Would definitely cruise with Royal Carribean again.

Pros: All the variety

Cons: slow elevators, photo gallery needs to coordinate stateroom with photos!!!

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? Yes!

Food and Dining
I loved dining at 8:00 p.m. Would have preferred more variety of choices instead of so many duplicates from evening to evening.
Service and Staff
Usually everyone of the staff were great with exception of helpfulness for excursions somewhat lacking. Breakfast dining was not as good as Evening dining. 11 th floor buffet food was very good. Staff could be friendlier and more helpful.
Entertainment
Enjoyed the Entertainment and Activities. Wished I could have seen more of the shows, however our Dining conflict made it difficult to see all of the shows due to time factors.
Ship Quality
The ship layout was great. A little difficult to navigate at first. Table tops need to be cleaned a little more often or more promptly. Sat down to sticky spill too often. Cabin was kept very clean and ready. Loved our Steward. Dining staff very friendly.
Cabin / Stateroom
Steward kept everything spotless. He was always polite and very cheerful.
