Too many good ports in a short time and too many bad ones at the same time. People want to go to the good ones. Venice, Naples, Greece, Sicily, Rome. Not three Croatia nothing stops that was a waste of time. Definitely one at Croatia would be good, just one. More time in getting and verifying good excursions to the good points. Especially in the more prominent sought after ports like Rome. In general a very nice expensive vacation should not be as stressful as it is. More info and simpler instructions to get where you need to go. Not chaos and stress.

Layout and design needs to be simpler to help keep organization and time. Wasted time getting from place to place when needed to be on time and gets stressed and confusing and makes a nice vacation not happy and more complaints on your side. Clean fine needs minor touch up here and there in corners.

Very nice, needed more time in it. A better view, nice but railing in way when you sit on balcony. I see newer ships are trying to fix that.
Ship tip
Watch out for extra added costs not really up front and MUCH more info on NEEDED connectors and transfers and very much needed debarking excursions and definitely the excursions need a little more free time and less push hard for time. You get an excursion for needed area info and direction not additional stress on a vacation. WATCH those excursions you present.
It is a have to and not worth anything. Particularly since it is a very hard time trying to get from Venice to there. Needed better info for transfers.
Suppose to be nice, but already extremely not the least bit interested in Croatiaafter two not great stops already. The Zahed was really bad complete waste of time and our excursion was cancelled on top of that . So I did stay on ship.
Good but RC did not have a good excursion for it neither did another one. And again no where near enough info to get where you need to go. You people work there and is easy to assume it is just over there with a finger but for the stranger that is next to impossible, and very stressful. And, available bus short terminal connectors were not known which bus belonged to who. That info not given to know, just oh take the bus. Ok WHICH bus. Amalfi coast very disappointing. Need better excursions if it is that nice.
Rome is very nice, very busy. But more info was needed AND more transfers and excursions. Next to no info was presented and next to no excursions available. The one we took was too hard, too fast, no stops and there were no options. You do not spend a fortune to go on a cruise with ALL extra costs everywhere and then have horrible debark excursion at the main port.
Like others have said, a bit more research would have helped here. There are also some great excursions with reliable 3rd parties in some of the ports you stopped at, worth looking into for future cruises as the ship excursions can be a bit limited.
Glad there were portions of your cruise you enjoyed. A lot of the your other concerns could have been mitigated with more research on your part, including ship, time in port, itinerary, number of port vs sea days and excursion options.
