Review summary

An absolutely fantastic cruise experience followed by 6 wonderful days in Sydney. We thought cruising for 22 days would be too much but it went by quickly. It was outstanding.

Food and Dining

The service in my time dining was outstanding except for the last evening. Nyoman and Matheus were excellent servers and eager to please us. Dinner in Chops and Izumi were outstanding. Dinner in Giovanni's was overboard....the waiter instited our table of six have dinner family style - too much food wasted. The only problem with dining was that we were required to take my time dining but they didn't want to give us the time we wanted - had to insist on our seating time - it finally out for our time.

Onboard Activities

Fitness center, sauna, steam, hit tubs, swimming pool Lectures/videos on the history of Rock and roll were outstanding! Lecturer in ports of call were outstanding! Production shows and evenings in the theatre were outstanding. Enjoyed relaxing in the solarium and playing cards with friends.

Entertainment

The Explorer of the Seas Band was incredible. Very versatile group of musicians that worked well with all the entertainers as well as doing their own music and dance programs. Th singers and dancers were also excellent.

The cabin and balcony was a little smaller than usual. Our cabin steward was excellent and always seemed to appear at the right times. The cabin was always clean. No coffee table. If you had room service you had to eat on a very crowded balcony. We rearranged our balcony furniture to make it more accessible and Our cabin steward out it back to original every day.
