This was a fantastic cruise. I recommend it to anyone. Staying in a Neptune suite is a huge plus. I recommend breakfast in the Pinnacle Grill if you are a suite guest. We bought the thermal suite package for 800 dollars for 4 of us, our first time. This was worth every cent, especially with the sea days. Regarding disembarkation in Ft Lauderdale: we booked an afternoon flight at 1530. We were off the ship by 830, and at the airport by 900. American Airlines will not allow check in prior to 4 hours before departure. We had to sit in an uncomfortable, crowded lobby for several hours awaiting luggage drop. In addition, there is no Admiral's club, Centurion Lounge or Priority Pass lounge and dining accommodations are limited in the airport. If you have an afternoon flight, take an excursion in the morning, or fly from Miami. The FLL airport was awful to sit around for hours and hours.

Having taken many sailings with Cunard, I was shocked by the difference on Eurodam. For about the same price, the facilities were much less, the activities were minimal and uninteresting, the service was mediocre, the level of professionalism much lower. Internet service was erratic. Forcing passengers to use their cumbersome Navigator system for reservations was cruel.

Wonderful cruise. Holland America continues to exceed out expectations. The food, rooms, decorations, staff, destinations are all top-notch.

Colon is unsafe unless on an excursion and Limon gov't officials were photographing everyone's vaccination cards. Been to the ABC Islands a dozen times but still enjoyed a great Aruba tour with ElTours and Peter, our guide. Have sailed on the Eurodam previously - a nice mid-sized ship that is easy to explore. The Indonesian crew- as always- was the absolute best!!!

It was all I wanted but it exceeded my expectations.

We chose this cruise for the destinations, not the ship. Would we choose Holland America again? Sure, if it was going where we wanted to go.

It was very refreshing to start cruising again after more than two years. Heres hoping that cruising will be back to normal.

We were very worried about cruising during Covid. However--it was a lovely cruise. There were only 536 passengers on board due to many cancellations on a ship that could hold 2000 passengers. Everyone on board followed Covid protocols (except for some in the casino who had to be reminded continuously to wear a mask). The ship was clean and continually sanitized. The only change to our cruise was that the stop to Aruba was cancelled pre-cruise. No reason was given by Holland America and there was no refund of port charges.

I liked the friendliness of the Eurodam and the relaxation feeling the ship has to offer. The ports of call were good. I was disappointed that were could not go into Cartagena but understand why.

In overall was a nice cruise. Sad to see HAL does not value me.

A very nice, relaxing experience. As this was our first cruise, we weren't too sure what to expect. I think we'll do more cruises.

There was a lack of variety in several areas; food, entertainment, activities. However, the # of passengers also seemed quite low.

Wonderful cruise. Great crowd, great staff. I am a Holland America convert from the other lines.

It was a good cruise but you had to wear masks except when eating. We took 3 shore excursions and they were very good.

Been on Holland American many times before. This cruise was not up to their past standards. The Internet was unsatisfactory for this day in age. Never knew when it was working. I spent a lot of time trying to use it. Personal were very professional. Will come back to Holland American in 2 or 3 years.

Great cruise with beautiful ports and great excursion. Food was very good, entertainment was great quality. A very fun time!

We had a wonderful time and made the most of our stops in ports and the ships entertainment! My only disappointments were the cancellation of first port stop and the fact that American Airlines cancelled most of my excursions and all but one I was not notified about. Very poor communication.

So glad to be cruising again. The crew is happy too.

This was our fifth attempt to cruise since the pandemic. We enjoyed every aspect of the cruise and felt the staff and those who served us were excited to be back cruising. They were wonderful, helpful, and courteous. The dining roomWas excellent and the Covid protocol was superior.
