Review summary

Been on Holland American many times before. This cruise was not up to their past standards. The Internet was unsatisfactory for this day in age. Never knew when it was working. I spent a lot of time trying to use it. Personal were very professional. Will come back to Holland American in 2 or 3 years.

Very , quick and easy to board at assigned time.

Food and Dining

Food not up to Holland American standards of the past. Service in the Pinnacle restaurant was outstanding, as was with the food. Main dining room just fair.

Onboard Activities

Used the fitness center daily and the thermal spa. Too crowded to use pool.

Entertainment

Below Holland American standards in the days before Covid. Comedians were particularly good. The rest of the shows are just average.

Service and Staff

The room steward, Willy, was outstanding. Pinnacle Grill waiters particularly good. Main dining room waiters just average.

Outstanding. The ship was cleaned continuingly.

Staying in a Neptune Suite was great. Plenty of room to move around, a lot of storage space, TV was outstanding.
