Review summary

Overall, the staff on the cruise is amazing. I particularly like Valerie. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The food is Average, but I still enjoyed the experience. The games and the wildlife talks were perfect.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
A little hectic and rushed, but many people to point you in the right direction and because I have a cane and move slow, they had someone express us through when they saw me struggling.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food quality was decent. Some days were better than others. The red meat seemed a little on the cheap side, but the salmon and Maine lobster didn't dissapoint.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There was plenty to keep busy. We loved the on-board games, specifically the person running them, Kosh. Super friendly and fun during Trivia and other games.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The Comedian, Alicia Cooper was the best part of the shows. The new dancing and singing group, although very talented, lacked some diversity. If you're doing "history of music" it should include artists of color.

Children's Programs

I'm 79 and traveled with my daughter and son-in-law with no kids.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I stayed in room 8107 and can't remember my room stewards names, but they were amazing. Always greeted me by name and made sure I had everything I needed the whole trip.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship was super clean and when it wasn't it was cleaned very quickly in the Lido Market.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Bed was comfortable. Could use more space between the bed and wall as I have trouble waking sometimes with a cane. Balcony was HUGE ;)

Ship tip

Get a cabin mid ship or front. Most activities take place front of ship.

Disembarkation

It is way to crowded and took way to long to get an elevator. This was the case for all ports.
