Review summary

This was one of our best cruises and loved the personal service we received while staying in a Pinnacle suite. We remember the people who work to keep us comfortable more than we remember the places we visit.

Albeit small the art gallery was great. Park West is not coming back to Holland America after being off their ships for the past 4 years. It is nice to have the availability to view and purchase actual artwork instead of the wall decorations that have been on Holland for the past 4 years.

Holland Ships are built the same and once you have traveled on them you pretty much know where you are going. The Eurodam is showing its age in some places but the design is pleasing and very clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

We stayed in one of the two penthouses. It was beautiful and very large with one full bathroom and one half bath. It had a large deck with private jacuzzi and even a butler's pantry with large refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. It was very clean and exceptionally comfortable.
