Review summary

What a great way to vacation! This cruise was very relaxing...we had plenty to do if we wanted, but enjoyed time in the Crow’s Nest just watching for whales and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Food was very good, service was excellent, folks were very friendly. I’m ready to do. it all over again!

Embarkation

Very smooth....arrived at 11:15 AM, waited very few minutes to board. We were on the ship in time for an early lunch!

We attended America’s Test Kitchen, several. informative Alaskan talks.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Main Stage was good, Billboard very enjoyable piano players/singers.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Couldn’t have asked for better service, at all levels.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Easy to get around, very clean and well kept.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Plenty of room to store our clothes and toiletries. Room did not seem crowded at all. Room had floor to ceiling window (obstructed view) but we could see outside to observe weather, ship placement, etc. I would definitelystay in this room again...

Ship tip

Relax and enjoy all that this ship has to offer....

Ports of call

Seattle, Washington

5 out of 5
We arrived in Seattle 3 days before our cruise to see the town. Lots of fun touring downtown, the market and the docks.

Juneau, Alaska

3 out of 5
It was pouring rain when here so we did not do a whole lot.

Cruise Glacier Bay

5 out of 5
Amazing! I could have stayed there forever! Such peace and tranquility ( except when a glacier calved)

Sitka, Alaska

5 out of 5
Quaint little village; Loved the national park and the salmon run....

Ketchikan, Alaska

5 out of 5
Very touristy but lots of bargain prices. Ketchikan Creek area very interesting.

Victoria, British Columbia Did not visit port

We were tired and decided to enjoy a leisurely dinner instead of going into town.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Smooth as glass; walked right off the ship onto our shuttle.
