Review summary

Nice, easy trip. Most ships do most ports and glaciers. Be aware water is Avian and is $5.00 per bottle in stateroom. Glasses of water available at dining venues of course. Dined at Pinnacle Grill ($35pp) and had the best Filet Mignon (10 oz) I've ever eaten. Dining Anytime service was excellent. Lido dining has broad offerings. Be prepared to pay for your ship pictures and you will want at least one, because photo staff is very good.

Ship tip

Watch the weather. Remember in Sep. and Oct. the Alaska stores are deeply discounted as they shut down for the winter generally on October 1st.

WE did the Robert's Tramway and enjoyed the view. We had great weather almost all cruise. We've done Alaska twice before so just browsed the ports. No excursions. Lots of jewelry stores.

Sitka, Alaska

A great town to just browse. This is a new docking area we had not seen before. A nice shop at port and buses transport passengers to town.

Ketchikan, Alaska

Super place to browse with again lots of Native American crafts. One store had beautiful Navajo jewelry and owners are independent, not cruise affiliated. All ports have souvenir shops.

Victoria, British Columbia Did not visit port

We stayed on ship. Can't comment.

Thanks for the information, we have anytime dining in July. Bottled water price seems a bit steep though.
