Customer service should have information on all port of call. I asked for information on hotels on their home port of Seattle and was told the didn't have any. I should go on my phone and get that info. three times. I have a phone not a computer. Customer service could not help me. I asked a fellow passenger who had a computer, who was able to book a hotel for me on her own computer.Embarkation
